People

Our Staff

Bathurst Seymour Centre values its workforce, both its paid staff and volunteers. It has a commitment to ensuring that each team member has up-to-date knowledge and skills to appropriately support our clients.

We want every client to receive friendly personalised support and have a great customer experience from the moment they join us and throughout their time with us.

The CEO oversees the day-to-day management of the organisation and its programs with the help of the senior team, including the Operations Manager, Finance Officer and Coordinator. Other staff assist in running the activities, providing transport to and from the Centre, administration and cooking nutritious and delicious meals for our day centre clients.

Our Volunteers

We simply couldn’t manage without our dedicated team of more than 40 volunteers.

These local people bring a vast array of life experiences and their passion in supporting older people, people with disability and their carers to live a good life.

We are always looking for people to join our volunteer team. We offer a variety of volunteer roles and try to match each volunteer according to the skills and interests they bring with them or want to learn. If you are interested, give us a call on 6332 1449. Our Volunteer Information Pack provides more information about the opportunities available.
