The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is an entry level program for older people needing just a little extra support to stay living independently at home. All people seeking CHSP support must first be assessed as eligible by My Aged Care.
Bathurst Seymour Centre is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We work with NDIS participants to design support programs that are tailored to individuals and what they want to achieve.
Bathurst Seymour Centre provides support for carers of older people. We can support you with respite options, training and education, a listening ear and other options to meet your needs.
The service is invaluable to clients. It offers them a welcoming and friendly environment to enjoy social interaction, activities, meals, transport, outings and respite, offering social opportunities that might not otherwise be available.

Our service provides transport to and from our centre (if required), subject to where you live. Just give us a call on (02) 6332-1449and we will work out the details. A small daily fee applies.
